Moleina Trips (Travel Agent \/ Intermediary)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Company Role <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moleina Trips acts solely as an intermediary (travel agent) between customers and independent third-party travel service providers in \u0645\u0635\u0631. Moleina Trips does not organize, own, or operate any travel packages, tours, or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Third-Party Providers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All travel services, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, excursions, and guided tours, are provided by independent third-party suppliers in Egypt. These suppliers are solely responsible for the execution and quality of the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Booking and Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moleina Trips facilitates the booking process between the customer and the service provider. A booking is only confirmed once accepted and confirmed by the respective third-party provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments may be made: – Directly to the third-party service provider, or – Through Moleina Trips acting strictly on behalf of the provider Moleina Trips does not act as the principal supplier and is not responsible for the delivery of the services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Prices and Availability <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All prices are subject to confirmation and availability by the third-party provider. Moleina Trips is not liable for price changes, errors, or availability issues originating from suppliers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cancellations and Modifications <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the respective third-party providers. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the selected provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moleina Trips shall not be held liable for: – Any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers – Any changes, cancellations, or failures in service delivery – Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure) Liability of Moleina Trips is strictly limited to the correct facilitation of the booking process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.Travel Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and comply with all applicable travel regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Complaints and Claims <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any complaints regarding the services must be addressed directly to the service provider. Moleina Trips may assist in communication but is not responsible for dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Governing Law <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of \u0647\u0648\u0644\u0646\u062f\u0627.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Acceptance of Terms <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By using the services of Moleina Trips, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
