Moleina Trips (Travel Agent / Intermediary)
1. Company Role
Moleina Trips acts solely as an intermediary (travel agent) between customers and independent third-party travel service providers in مصر. Moleina Trips does not organize, own, or operate any travel packages, tours, or services.
2. Third-Party Providers
All travel services, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, excursions, and guided tours, are provided by independent third-party suppliers in Egypt. These suppliers are solely responsible for the execution and quality of the services.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Moleina Trips facilitates the booking process between the customer and the service provider. A booking is only confirmed once accepted and confirmed by the respective third-party provider.
4. Payments
Payments may be made: – Directly to the third-party service provider, or – Through Moleina Trips acting strictly on behalf of the provider Moleina Trips does not act as the principal supplier and is not responsible for the delivery of the services.
5. Prices and Availability
All prices are subject to confirmation and availability by the third-party provider. Moleina Trips is not liable for price changes, errors, or availability issues originating from suppliers.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the respective third-party providers. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the selected provider.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Moleina Trips shall not be held liable for: – Any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers – Any changes, cancellations, or failures in service delivery – Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure) Liability of Moleina Trips is strictly limited to the correct facilitation of the booking process.
8.Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and comply with all applicable travel regulations.
9. Complaints and Claims
Any complaints regarding the services must be addressed directly to the service provider. Moleina Trips may assist in communication but is not responsible for dispute resolution.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of هولندا.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Moleina Trips, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
