Terms & Conditions

1. Company & Booking

  • ✓ Role: Dutch company acting as booking coordinator for local Egyptian tours.
  • ✓ Confirmation: Confirmed upon required data & deposit receipt via WhatsApp/email.
  • ✓ Pricing: Prices quoted in Euros (€) and fixed upon booking.

2. Payments & Changes

  • ✓ Methods: Bank Transfer, iDEAL, Cards, or approved Cash.
  • ✓ Modifications: Guest changes are subject to availability & supplier fees.
  • ✓ Safety Shifts: Weather/safety delays offer alternative dates or tours.

3. Guest Rules & Liability

  • ✓ Guest Duty: Follow guides, arrive on time, & carry proper IDs.
  • ✓ Insurance: Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • ✓ Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
